Hi!
I have a Windows Server 2008 R2 DNS/DC/DHCP server. The clients are connecting over Wire and Wireless at the same time. I have duplicated records in the forward lookup zones. Same host with two different Ip address. It's OK, I understand it. But what is happening when a client turn off the wireless NIC. His Wireless IP address remains in the DNS, and the DNS use that IP (wireless' NIC) for resolve the client name. In this case the client will be unreachable with this IP(I think). What is the good DNS/DHCP configuration for Wired and Wireless (same time) connections?
Thanks,
Thomas
