Changing the DNS servers on a DHCP scope - impact on users?

Good Morning All,

I am about to decommission two Win2003 domain controllers/DNS servers which are currently defined in the DHCP scope.  They are being replaced with new 2008 R2 DC/DNS servers.  The plan was to modify the DHCP scope and add the 2008 R2 addresses and remove the 2003 addresses.  Will there be any user impact or intervention required or will the clients get automatically updated?  I didn't think so, but just looking for a sanity check.

Also, to add, the 2003 servers are not being taken down completely, just demoted as DC/DNS servers.  They will still function as WINS servers for now.

Thanks in advance!
