I have a small business running on server 2008. Once a week or once a every couple of weeks DNS stops and needs to be refreshed by rebooting the server. DNS is filling up with event id 5501. That event id indicates that it received bad
packet. When I lookup the source these packets are coming from parked domains like 197.com or 135.com. Does this mean one of my workstations has virus? How do I fix this? BTW when I do ipconfig I see that this server shows ::1 and 192.168.03
for dns on the NIC. It is single home.
