Dns Problem ( could be )

Hi there

I have 2 Dc , one of them is 2008 standard 32bit and the second one is 2008 enterprise 32bit

my problem is when i ping -a to "192.168.1.1" i get for example PC1

But when i ping via name "PC2" i get the same IP ( see Link For Photo)

i have checked with both computers ,  only yuvalf computer has that IP , and i have tried flushdns

how do i change the refresh rate of the dns? if that is the problem

maybe it a problem with my reverse and forward lookup withing my lan?

im not sure if that's the problem i'm facing , any ideas?
