DHCP scope shows no address leases

Hello all

Windows 2008 R2, Windows 7 Pro

We have 2 DHCP scopes for 2 subnet for example: 10.122.10.xxx and 10.122.31.xxx

In the 10.122.10.xxx scope, I can see all of the computers leasing an address in the DHCP management console.

In the 10.122.31.xxx scope, I don't see any computers in the list but I know the computers are obtaining the proper IP addresses by doing a ipconfig on the client and it shows all of the correct information like dhcp server, dns, etc.

Any ideas on why I can't see any computers listed in this scope?
