DHCP Server with 2 Scope

Hi,

I have DC with windows 2008 R2 Server. There is 1 Scope created in DHCP 10.32.1.X. Now all users and servers are using this IP range via DHCP Server.  I want to use this [10.32.1.X] IP range for servers with static IP Address and want to create 2nd Scope 10.32.2.X for users. Users will receive IP Address [10.32.2.X] from DHCP. In short I want  use 2 IP range in our Network 1- IP range 10.32.1.X as Static IP range for servers and 2- IP range  10.32.2.X  dynamic via DHCP server [Windows 2008 R2] for Users. Both IP range would be able to talk each other. Please suggest me the best way to design our Network to fulfill our requirement.
