Direct Acccess - configuration reload error

I have problem with our Direct Access Server installed on Windows 2012 DataCenter.

Server was working fine until he was move to other OU and didn't get GPO (DirectAccessServer), after that he stoped to authorize connections. So we moved it back to old OU, and then direct access server started authorize connection but when we tring to go to configuration panel in Windows we have this kinde of error.
