Recently, I joined a computer running win 8 to my domain network running sbs 2008, when mapping a drive it show fine but upon exit and restart, we loose the mapped drive and thus the program running on it to the client computer. using net use brings the mapped drive back, so I tried to make it stick by net use /persist. it does not take and I have to use net use all over again every restart and logon. Any idea what is causing it, or how to get around this, so I don't have to use net use every time I start the computer.
