Remove DNS zone transfer partner from all zones

I recently noticed that there is an additional computer listed in the Zone Transfers tab of all of my DNS zones (allowing zone transfers to that server). I could manually remove the server from all zones, but there's almost 60 of them, and doing it manually introduces the possibility of human error. 

Is it possible to remove a zone transfer server from all zones at once?
