Urgent Please: The computer did not resync because no time data was available on Additional Domain Controller Event ID 129

Hello,

Windows 2008 R2 SP1

I can't get my Additional Domain Controller to synchronize the time with the PDC which is a physical server. The ADC is VM running on ESX and Time Synchronization on the VMTools is unchecked.

I have tried:

Net Time \\MYPDC /Set /Y its configuring the time.

W32tm /query /status it shows Source is (LOCAL)

W32tm /query /configuration it;s shows all LOCAL also

W32tim /resync /rediscover The computer did not resync because no time data was available

w32tm /config /syncfromflags:domhier /update "The command completed Successfully"

w32tm /monitor " RefID for the ADC it shows LOCAL

                            RefID for PDC is shows External NTP Server

Any help please?
