NTDS Automatically Generated setting

HI,

  I have noticed that my relocation take long. So  i check the AD Site And Services.

 I got 5 Sites and One site got the PDC and other 3 sites DC's are not create <Automatically Generated> 

but only one site got that. 

Under Inter-Site Transport --> IP

 I got Defaultsitelink   cost :100  rep interval:180  ( Properties-->All the sites in this site link)

 also following 4 sites

 SiteB-A    100   15

Sitec-A     100  15

SiteD-A  100  15

SiteE-A  100 15

Do i have to remove those sites from default? or delete?

How do i generate automatically?
