Our production web server facing the problem where the DNS service is not functioning in our server. We try to use the IDC provided DNS server IP is not functioning, than we change to Google DNS server (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4), and we still facing the same problem.
We did try to restart the server, restart the DNS service but all this not help. Our current temporary solution is added all the domain name that we needed to call into the hosts file in every single server. But this is just a temporary solution until we get to resolved the problem.
