We are utilizing an app that needs port 139 to listen but we have not been successful. NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled in advanced network settings but when ipconfig /all is executed, NetBios over TCP/IP shows Disabled.
Info: Windows 2008 R2 Standard/other servers on the network have NetBIOS over TCP/IP enabled and port 139 is listening /Firewall is turned off/Regristry shows NetBIOS enabled/reset IP stack with no change/netstat listening command generates no data
