Hello there, i did not know where to actually put this, but i thought it would apply in an area of networking itself.

Here is my dilemma, i have tried 2 internet sources, Via router, and hotspot, i switched to the hotspot after i found that my ISP did not like people hosting their servers in their basement, so i tried a verizon jetpack hotspot (one which my work gave me) both of which failed at creating a proper FTP connection Via TCP, now before you say it, I have forwarded my ports, as well as use DMZ just for testing purposes, i have completely disabled windows firewall, and double checked the settings on the application, FileZilla Server, One thing i found i WAS able to do is make contact, but not form a complete socket. (i saw a connection being formed, through the console but it later timed out.) so a question i would like to ask is what should i do to troubleshoot. Though on my router, i was able to open a RDP port, 3389, no problem, but the others seemed to not work.
