Firewall rules for adhoc connections

Hello Experts,

I am trying to block connections using windows firewall with advance security to port 80,433 using firewall rules. I have made my computer a wifi hotspot and trying to apply the rules which I made to block traffice to port 80 for the adhoc clients or the clients connecting to the hotspot.

The are working fine for computer itself but not working for the adhoc clients any ideas what could be the problem. I have made both inbound and outbound rules to block the traffic.
