DNS Server : Win2K3/Win2K8 : Update REFUSED

Dear All,

I am using BIND nsupdate for Secure and Non-Secure Update to DNS server. I am facing an issue as below.

Combination 1:
===========

Forward Zone of DNS Server: Secure Only
Reverse Zone of DNS Server: Secure and Non-Secure.

My DNS Client always sends Secure packets only.Whenever I am updating,I will delete the old record and then I will update the new one. In this case,Delete is happening perfectly in forward and reverse zone as well. But when I try to update forward zone records, it is always refusing.

Combination 2:
===========

Forward Zone of DNS Server: Secure and Non-Secure
Reverse Zone of DNS Server: Secure Only.

My DNS Client always sends Secure packets only.Whenever I am updating,update it is always refusing for the Reverse Zone.

Can somebody let me know if there are any known issues on this ? I have the network capture for this issue. Also Pls let me know if there any way to attach the same?
