I have a Win 2008 domain controller running dns and dhcp.
I have recently noticed that dhcp will show one ip for a user and dns will show a different address.
This is happening to three different users at this location.
I have "always update DNS records selected under Scope properties, DNS tab on that server.
Everything has been working properly (or so I thought) for a long time. The others clients at this location having matching dhcp and dns entries.
I don't have any outstanding errors in the event viewer on that server.
Can someone help me with this problem? thanks
