Should I use separate IP addresses for specific services or just team adapters to increase bandwidth to run all services on 1 IP?

I know that this may be just a matter of opinion but I'd like to hear your thoughts.

I just got a new Dell Poweredge R620 server that is running Windows Server 2012 Standard x64.  It has 2 Quad Port Gigabit Ethernet Network Adapters.  Do you think that it is best to setup multiple IP addresses to service different requests? i.e. DHCP, DNS, File and Print Services.  Or do you think I would be better off teaming them all together and running all services over an 8 Gb teamed connection?  I definetely like the idea of teaming for the obvious redundancy benefits.
