I have created a L2TP/IPsec server on my windows server 2016 and it works great except I am unable to connect outer ipv6 addresses. When I run tracert, I get this result:

As you can see, it can reach the server's ipv6 but I cannot reach any other ipv6 addresses. Like my other server 2a02:c207:0:4393::1111
