DHCP | Port Issue

Hi,

Recently our DHCP Server has stopped working correctly, in a way that, it will assign a laptop an IP but when the laptop goes wireless it then doesn't receive any connectivity unless given a static IP by the DNS.

The error that came up under the best practice analyzer was something relating to the port 67.

"Issue: Port 67 is in use by PID 940.
Impact: If Port 67 is in use by another process, the DHCP server cannot communicate with DHCPv4 Clients.
Resolution: Configure PID 940 to use a port other than 67."

PID 940 is "svhost.exe" which is being run by System. I ran CurrPorts on the server and it shows that the port is being used by BootPS.

Is there any way I can resolve this? (Please don't just say read the resolution as I don't know where to begin with it)

Thanks in advanced, Any help would be appreciated.
